This bit is for surfacing wood, perfect for fly cutting or surfacing boards! I use this bit to surface my spoil board or to take epoxy off of various projects! This bit is an essential bit and a must-have for any CNC'er!

Recommended Feeds & Speeds 

• Hobby CNC with Router - 60 IPM
• Hobby CNC with Spindle - 80 IPM
• Industrial CNC - 200 IPM
• Cut Depth Per Pass - .125" 
• RPM's - 14,000
• Plunge Rate = 50% of Feedrate (ex: Feedrate=100 IPM, Plunge Rate=50 IPM)
• These Feedrates are recommended starting points, each CNC is different and feedrates will vary.
