Welcome to Aqua Vitae Woodworks. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1.  Digital Products

 

 

 

  • All CNC plans and files sold are digital downloads in SVG format, often accompanied by a PDF build manual.
  • No physical products will be shipped.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your CNC machine and software before purchase.

2. License & Usage Rights

 

 

 

 

By purchasing a file, you are granted a non-transferable license:


  • ✅ You may use the files to create physical products for personal or commercial use.
  • ❌ You may not sell, share, give away, or otherwise distribute the digital files themselves.
  • ❌ You may not claim the files as your own or resell them as digital products.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • Transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Shopify, Stripe).
  • We do not store payment card details on our servers.

4. Refunds & Returns

 

 

 

 

  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once an order is placed.
  • If you experience issues such as missing or corrupted files, please contact us at JSatkowski@aquavitaewoodworks.com and we will provide a replacement.
  • Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues, as all files are in standard SVG format.

5.  Intellectual Property

 

 

 

 

All CNC files, designs, images, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Aqua Vitae Woodworks. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

6.  Limitation of Liability

 

 

 

  • Aqua Vitae Woodworks is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our files.
  • We are not liable for issues arising from improper machine operation, software errors, or user modifications to the files.
