Thank you for purchasing CNC files from Aqua Vitae Woodworks. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products

 

All CNC plans and files sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

Because digital products cannot be “returned” once downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

 

File Access & Compatibility

 

• All CNC files are provided in SVG format.
• Files are compatible with any CNC software capable of importing SVG files.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their machine and software support this file type before purchase.
• Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues.

Support for File Issues

If you experience problems such as:

• Corrupted files
• Missing files
• Trouble accessing your download

Licensing & Usage Rights

• You may use these files to create physical products for personal or commercial use.
• You may not sell, share, or distribute the digital files themselves in any form.
