1/8'' x 3/4'' Downcut - 1/8'' Shank - DC1175

Great for Profiling and cutting out small products and parts. It can be used for pocketing and corners with tight radiuses. I love to use this bit to cut out small parts because the down-cut part of the bit allows the chips to hold the part in place better when cutting. 

Recommended Feeds & Speeds 

• Hobby CNC with Router - 50 IPM
• Hobby CNC with Spindle - 80 IPM
• Industrial CNC - 100 IPM
• Cut Depth Per Pass - .125" 
• RPM's - 18,000
• Plunge Rate = 50% of Feedrate (ex: Feedrate=100 IPM, Plunge Rate=50 IPM)
• These Feedrates are recommended starting points, each CNC is different and feedrates will vary.
